      Here at NCI, we understand the importance of captioning in everyday life. We also understand that consumers and broadcast-industry clients experience problems with their captioning service from time to time.

      These problems can be frustrating. While NCI's National Help Desk can't solve every problem, we can provide you with many captioning- and described video-related answers and explanations.
